1. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Event Goals and the client and supersedes all previous representations, negotiations, commitments and communications, whether written or oral, between the parties.
2. Deposit is non-refundable – In the event that more than one client wishes to book wedding services on the same day, preference will go to the first client to pay the deposit. Rescheduled weddings will only be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with another booked wedding.
3. It is the client’s responsibility to secure access for Event Goals in all wedding locations, at the times arranged between both parties, so Event Goals can fulfil the requirements and work agreed on.
4. Creative aspects such as styling and layout are at the discretion of Event Goals, but will be checked off prior to event day with clients to ensure both parties are on the same page.
5. Event Goals will not be held liable for any problems beyond our control including but not limited to, bad weather, accidents, vendors not delivering items, lighting, interference from guests or photographers.
6. Event Goals reserves the right to remove themselves and any equipment at any time if there appears to be a potential danger to themselves or equipment; belligerent or intoxicated people; hazardous fireworks; careless discharge of firearms; heavy smoking, drugs, nudity etc. No refund or other compensation shall be given in such cases.
7. Please ensure the minister/priest/celebrant and the MC are aware of our presence on the day, and make sure we are able to all work together.
8. Event Goals reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health. In this case all monies paid will be refunded in full including the deposit. If the Event Goals representative is unwell on the day; sub-contracting will apply. No discount to the original package will apply.
9. Any liability on the part of Event Goals will be limited to the amount of monies paid.
10. Event Goals reserves the right to use photos taken by our team for advertising purposes and on our social media platforms.
11. The remaining balance of the package selected will be invoiced either in instalments between now and the wedding date or one week prior to the wedding date– whichever option both parties agree to. Invoices are sent via online, and will need to be paid within their due date. Failure to pay invoices may result in cancellation of our services, with no refund on deposit.
12. Additional hours and work might be needed on the day of the wedding, which was not originally agreed to in the initial quote. If this happens, and we are able to assist with the additional work, there will be an additional $50 (including GST) per hour charged to the client, after the wedding.
